Q. Who do I contact if I have any questions or concerns?
A. Email us at Festivusticket@gmail.com and we will respond in the order in which we received your email.
Q. How do I redeem my tickets?
A. After the purchase is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided. Print out that email and bring it to the show with an ID. We can also scan the bar code located on your ticket and in your email off of your smart phone.
Q. What if i lost my confirmation email?
A. If you bring your photo ID, we will be able to verify the purchase at the door.
Q. What if the event is canceled or rescheduled?
A. If the event is canceled, you will be fully refunded immediately, aside of service charges. Service charges are not refundable. If the event you purchased tickets for is rescheduled, all tickets will be honored and the original download ticket will be your ticket for the new date. The Promoter, Venue or agents will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Refunds are up to the artist, team, venue, or promoter – but we’ll do everything we can to help. We cannot offer refunds due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or other personal issues.
Q. What if the band I wanted to see cancels?
A. If the band is the Headliner/Main act and the event is not rescheduled, money will be refunded. If the band that canceled is one of the supporting acts, refunds will not be issued.
What are your terms of purchase & refund policies?
All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made unless an event is canceled and no rescheduled date is provided. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Festivus Live control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies. Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Festivus Live and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, and celebrity guests. Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change.
